Schmidt was awarded for participating in the Electronics Health Record (eHR) Internship Programme and released eBookDr Mobile App at the ceremony on Nov 4
On Nov 4, 2016, representatives of Schmidt & Co., (HK) Ltd., were presented at the award ceremony of The Electronics Health Record (eHR) Internship Programme and Schmidt was awarded the certification for participating in this programme. Felix Mo and Xanxus Wong from Schmidt were involved in this programme and were mentored by Edmund Li (Head of Pre-sales and Application Software Development) and Boris Lai (Application Software Manager) to complete the development of eBookDr Mobile App, which is a mobile application to connect eHealth Record Sharing System. Patients can utilize this mobile application to make advance consultation appointments with private doctors at anytime and anywhere.
In this ceremony, 11 organizations and 19 interns were awarded certifications. Following this ceremony, there will be a community roving exhibition to promote eHRSS and showcase the achievements of the eHR Internship Programme. The exhibition will be carried out until December 10 at seven venues, namely Cyberport, Tin Chak Shopping Centre, Tai Po Mega Mall, Kwun Tong MTR Station, Olympian City, InnoCentre and Youth Square.
The eHR Internship Programme is a three-year project launched by the Government in 2014 as part of the development roadmap of the territory-wide eHR Sharing System (eHRSS) rolled out in March 2016. Up to now, more than 1,000 private healthcare provider organizations have registered with eHRSS and over 300,000 members of the public have joined the system.
