Management staff of Schmidt Electronics Group has participated in a 6 hours workshop of Intellectual Capital Management (ICM) provided by Intellectual Property Department of Hong Kong SAR Government on the 6 August. The introductory workshop aims at helping Hong Kong enterprises identify and evaluate their intellectual assets, and make plans to utilize them in a well-organized manner. ICM is a set of management tools, which allows enterprises to tap into reservoirs of knowledge and expertise where they already possess but have not yet exploited them effectively. This concept has been widely adopted by the enterprises in Japan and Europe for years. The company was granted a certificate of completion by the organiser after the training.
